Overview
4RF supports recovery work after national disasters. It gives Pakistan's Ministry of Planning & Development hierarchical reporting from provinces to districts to field officers, so decision makers can see project progress, funding and grievances in one place.
I work across a multi-repo NestJS, React and Flutter stack, from the data model to reporting and infrastructure.

Project management and physical progress tracking down to site level.
Grievances & pledges
Grievance resolution and funding pledge modules for stakeholders.
Automated reports
Excel and PDF provincial summaries and RBF reporting, generated automatically.
GIS views
Geospatial (shapefile) visualisation and site-level progress comparison.

Role-based access for government
An RBAC system with granular permissions across four user tiers.
A data model for 25+ modules
PostgreSQL with TypeORM, soft deletes, audit trails and migrations across complex multi-entity relationships.
